Shipping Information

At Aara Tantu, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail. As most of our pieces are made in limited quantities or on a made-to-order basis, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Production Time

7–14 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery Timeline

Within India: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
International: 6–7 working days after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance).
During festive seasons, launches, or high-demand periods, production timelines may be slightly extended. If so, our team will keep you informed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Within India

Flat shipping fee of ₹120.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As each garment enters production soon after an order is placed, we are unable to modify, cancel, or combine orders once they have been confirmed.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of every garment we create.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7 -day size exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
The exchanged size will require the standard production time of 7–14 working days before dispatch

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Returns

As every Aara Tantu garment is crafted with care, we do not accept returns unless:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive an incorrect item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect products) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
